Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India. If your location is outside our serviceable areas, we’ll notify you during checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹599.

  • For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied in prepaid orders.

  • In case of COD extra 100 Rs will be charged.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order status on our website under the "Track Order" section.

Delivery Partners

Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will try again on the next business day.

  • If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flipnfetch@gmail.com or call us at 7054242870.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged items, and any relevant details for a prompt resolution.

International Shipping
